APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to have all orders dispatched within a 24-hour time frame (applicable to business days only). Please note that during the Christmas peak period, orders may take up to 3 business days to be dispatched.
- Standard shipping: 2-10 business days
- Express shipping: 1-5 business days

Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services and supplier delays. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best as we can and endeavour to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.

- Orders under AU$200: $10 flat rate
- Orders AU$200 and over: Free standard shipping
Express shipping options:
- Orders under AU$200: $20 flat rate
- Orders AU$200 and over: $15 flat rate
WHAT ABOUT PRE-ORDERS?
We will ship pre-orders as soon as they are back in stock. If you order items that are in stock at the same time, we will hold those items and ship your entire order once your pre-order item(s) come into stock. However, don't hesitate to reach out if you wish to receive available items first and we will be happy to arrange it.
WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed online, you should receive immediately an automatic email confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records. In our effort to preserve the environment, we do not include a paper invoice in your order.
If you do not receive this email, contact us as soon as possible. Your email address may have been typed incorrectly or this email may have been filtered by a SPAM blocker set on your email program.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS DISCREPANCIES?
If you notice any discrepancies on your order form, please contact us immediately to prevent any delays in receiving your order.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL GETS LOST?
We use Australia Post services which include tracking.
All packages are delivered with signature on delivery. If you choose to change to "authority to leave" your parcel, CAPIMIRI takes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact Australia Post directly.
