RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your CAPIMIRI purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you need to return an item, we’re happy to help as long as it meets the conditions below.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN ITEMS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Yes, absolutely. We’re happy to exchange items in your order or provide you with a store credit if your item meets the following return conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed. It needs to be free of any smells including perfume, cigarettes and pets.
- The item must be in sellable condition, with all labels intact, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns must be submitted via your CAPIMIRI account using the same email as your order (no password needed).
These conditions are also applicable to Sale items. These can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
RETURN PROCESS
If your return is approved:
1. Receive your return label (AU$15 return shipping fee applies).
2. Pack your item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Print and attach the return label to the package, covering or removing any old shipping labels.
4. Drop the package off with the carrier.
5. Email us at hello@capimiri.com to confirm the return has been shipped.
We will process your return within three to five business days after receiving it, and your store credit will be issued accordingly. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
CAN I OBTAIN A REFUND?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to provide a refund if your item(s) meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed. It needs to be free of any smells including perfume, cigarettes and pets.
- The item must be in sellable condition, with all labels intact, and in its original packaging.
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Your enquiry must be submitted via your CAPIMIRI account using the same email as your order (no password needed).
Please note that the original shipping costs and a return shipping fee of AU$15 are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If a product is faulty or defective, in these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund.
Refunds are not available for Sale items (unless faulty) and if the problem with a product was caused by the consumer's misuse.
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund under ACL, please contact us via our Contact Page, and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?
Since we process orders quickly, we’re unable to cancel them once placed. However, you’re always welcome to return your order for store credit once received, following the return process above.
WHAT IF I RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT APPROVAL?
To avoid any issues, please follow the return process above.
If we receive a non-approved return, we will reach out to you to discuss the best way to proceed.
Items returned without original packaging and labels, or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, will incur a AU$20 fee to cover restocking and reshipping costs.
