We want you to love your CAPIMIRI purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Change of Mind Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for:

  • an exchange, or
  • store credit

As long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit too.

 

Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are available if the item is unused and in original packaging.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds (unless faulty)
  • Refunds are not available for items damaged through misuse

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Submit a return request
Log into your CAPIMIRI account using the same email you used for your order (no password needed)

2. Send your item back

  • Carefully pack and send it to CAPIMIRI - 3/25 Sir Thomas Mitchell Road, Bondi Beach, NSW 2026
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns

3. Processing your return

  • We’ll inspect your item within 3 business days of receiving it
  • Once approved, you can place your exchange order, or we’ll process your refund/store credit

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right!

  • We’ll cover return shipping
  • You’ll receive a full refund or replacement

This is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Returns Without Approval

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please submit a return request before sending anything back.

If we receive an unapproved return, we’ll contact you to arrange the next steps.

Returns that are:

  • missing original packaging or labels, or
  • sent back due to incorrect address or not being collected

may incur a $20 handling fee.
